2023 Vendor Application

Be a Vendor at Wheeling's Juneteenth Celebration!

Celebrate Juneteenth with us! Our vendor market is now accepting applications for food, artwork, merchandise, and more. Showcase your talents and share your business with the community. Apply using the application below to be a part of this event.

Vendor Information:

-Each vendor is allotted a 10x10 space at Market Plaza.
-Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs and pop-up tents (if desired)
-Electricity is not available at this outdoor event.
-Set up must be completed by 5:30 p.m. on June 19.
-Tear-down will take place once the event concludes at 9 p.m.

-To help support this event, a $25 fee will be collected from vendors who intend to sell products or services at Junetenth. Community information and organization tables are not asked to provide a table fee.
